Spa Policy

Appointments
To make an appointment please call 205.980.9393 and speak to a client coordinator. A major credit card is required to hold your reservation. We suggest making appointments in advance; however, please feel free to call us at the last moment and we will try to accommodate you. We request that clients arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. Arriving late may result in the reduction of the allocated time for treatment. When canceling or rescheduling an appointment, we require a 24-hour notice for individual appointments and a 48 hour notice for all packages. Canceling or changing appointments for groups of three or more requires a 72-hour notice. Appointments canceled in less than the required time will be billed 75% service fee for each appointment.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates and Series purchases are non-refundable. Gift Certificates are valid for 180 days from the date of purchase. Gift Certificate or Series card must be presented at time service is rendered. 

Products                                                     Products can be returned for exchange or store credit when accompanied by a receipt within 14 days of purchase. Unused and unopened products may receive a refund only if accompanied with a receipt within 7 days of purchase.

Groups
For parties of three or more, our Marketing Manager will ensure your event is a success. Appointments must be made in advance. Group reservations include a 15% service fee. By request, we can arrange refreshments or a light lunch for your party.

Spa Policy
Our spa is a place of relaxation and serenity for all clients. Children and infants cannot accompany their parents who are receiving treatments. Children age 12 and above are welcome to schedule appointments for services. Upon entering the spa all cellular phones and beepers must be turned off.
